Palliative Dementia Care Resources (PDCR) is a non-profit organization providing resources and information to help family and professional caregivers make decisions about end-of-life care options and services for individuals with dementia. They wanted to develop a web portal to transfer their huge collection of resources to the Web. PDCR needed a firm that was up to the challenge. They chose Axiom WebWorks!

Axiom WebWorks partnered with PDCR to create a content rich resource portal that provides news, educational materials, and organizations related to palliative care for individuals living with advanced dementia. In addition, Axiom WebWorks created a forum in which family and professional caregivers exchange views, identify needs and present possible solutions.
